Hi everyone,  I left BC several days ago and now in the 34 c. temps of  yuma, az.,   I have not been able to get on to the internet since leaving Canada, and was very happy to see our NOT increasing in value, with a take over possibly in the works.  As there are so many messages since I left Canada, I also go to the posts with lots of thumbs up.    Keep up the good work,  and looking forward to a take over as our SP will no doubt increase and the cost of selling will be zero.  GLTAL  jimmied
