One only gets a small slice of the picture when Looking at Cnd insider.. go to sedi and you see the whole picture.

What I see is a fair amount of selling from all parties in FNC, but also the exercise of all of their options...In dong so they may be funding through this first phase of excitement via their option exercise.... They all still hold healthy positions and likely only sold enough to take a few gains and pay for the options exercise..... I don't think we have the same wealth profile of the NOT managment....JMHO

I checked PRB while I was there and vey little selling on that stock by insiders..

Cnd insider is just a snapshot .... use sedi for the big picture.
