dips a bit today. I'm a little disappointed, but hoping the information was just delayed a little. Perhaps tomorrow, although I have had no further contact.

Maybe the character using my handle on SH board {zero, not o}will be right. Someone posted here, just before lunch that he/she was claiming the NR was out for approval.
