That's how I read it too but its the first time I've had a company tell me what they plan to do rather then what they did. Normally they just  send me an email saying 'we shipped'.

I am just a wee bit suspicious because it has been difficult getting a copy of this sucker! But I am glad they have such confidence to predict.

Time will tell...
