Hey Snez,

I did the same with TD. They said and I quote

"to get the 9.99 trading account, you need to have 100gs + at the end of the month, then the 4th business day of teh new month, you will get the 9.99 trades. Also, if you do 30 trades in a 3 month period, you will qualify for the 9.99 trading account the 4th business day of the 4th month."

This change takes place automatically.
