One more question..

Why not just hop the iceberg? Iceberg at $4.99, next big house puts in at $5.01? Perhaps the first house just moves the iceberg up... so we have a slow grind upward rather then a fast pop?

I think I can see how that would work. Also would work on the downside, no?
