Thanks for the advice Gold. I think I'm going to play the in/out game with some of the smaller plays I have. This one is too undervalued to play with right now. I can't even see where we've included the 5x factor that used to be a push for the stock during a run-up. Now we seem to be using fair value estimations only. Probably should be 20 - 25 using the 5x factor. This is good though. We're not running away only to have something drop us like a bag of potatoes. I hate seeing people buying in to the factor and then being reduced to the fair value estimation. 75 - 80% loss if it falls all the way back sux.
