That's why there is a shareholders rights package in place. Doesn't stop someone offering to buy up everything but slows things down for counter offers to pile on the table.

It's all conjecture at this point as no offer is likely to be tendered until such time as a good idea, backed up by considerably more drill results, of tonnage and ore valuation is in hand.

Why worry then the offer would be high enough to put a smile on everyone's face. Since there are more than one company that would be interested it would be a fair price anyway.
