What's wrong with selling to the highest bidder.  Well let's see.

For one, I don't think all of the potential has yet been realised, if you were to say assign a current value of about a dollar (not according to me, but IBK) and roughly nothing for all of the others including Burnt Hill, which in and of itself could be huge.  So an early takeout would not be good. JMHO
