Get over yourself!

I feel that the AGM and a dinner meeting before is relavent to NOT. So, how would you suggest that shareholders communicate about the AGM, and a dinner meeting beforethe AGM.

I befieve that there was a "TO" at the start which I took to mean OT or off topic.
