what I see in FWR is a good example of how to add to SH value. They will be separating out the uranium business from the PM business and in such a way that they will add SH value. They have also retained Agoracom and that is another very positive move for them. There has been plenty of talk about separating the NOT components, here is a textbook example of how you do it and it only took 4 months.... the UR company was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary in June 2007
