 In all honesty guys, I'm not really sure Level 2 is needed for NOT if you plan on buying and holding.

 I have found Level 2 access most helpful on lightly traded stocks, whereas when trading NOT I have used market orders. I consider NOT a buy and hold stock. It isn't a trading position for me, so Level 2 is not as important.

 Furthermore, if you must know,,,just put a request to the board for the Level 2 quote.  Hopefully Agoracom won't mind if someone posts the Level 2 quotes in a message. I see this done on SH all the time.
