When is that meeting ?

I heard some of you say that you'd be traveling to Toronto, so I guess I can make it, being only in Mississauga (said the lazy musician/accounting bum...). Where exactly is it ? And what date ? And will Richard be speaking (guess he will be). It'd be cool to meet some of you.
