Then on Sept 13th,

"Every time I look at NOT, I am thinking "BUY" but at what price? The notion of "SELL" is not even a faint consideration. If CVRD/Inco doesn't take a run at NOT, Sudbury is going to become a ghost town.

So, my friend, why all the cautious talk now after a "damn the torpedos, full speed ahead" approach, just a couple of weeks ago?
