that is exactly the sentiment on a few of the boards that surround NOT's strike.

the more strikes there are around the area(for all companies) the better it is for everyone. it's about all of these companies still doing there own business YET they will all help each other out in the end drill results/land deals,etc.

here is a more close up map i made from ont claims with a few of the stake holders from 2006/2007 regarding the spq/kwg/fwr release on there drilling.
