There  was a pile  of  investors in the  placement  last  year  so I  would  assume first  that   some of the  shorts / net  sells were to  cover   exercise of  wts...JMHO

This  is  good as it  shows that  the  placement stock is   being  asemilated into the   float.... thus  the   consolidation  and  less  volitile   trading in the  last  week.
