Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your feedback. Presently, I am a BMO customer and beside the fees (3 cents per transaction) they are pretty fair with their customers (not 100%, but still). What you mentioned (about CIBC) is really disturbing as the speed is critical on our actions and make me reevaluate my move toward CIBC.
