Right on!  If they believe it will be so, it will be so.  If a million investors believe that one should go away in May then that's what they'll do and the predictions of the summer doldrums will come to pass.  Most of human activity occurs out of belief systems.  There is a great proportion of the arbitrary in human experience.  One man or government wants it so a country marches to make it so.  No one can predict the numbers except those with great power to affect the masses and even they cannot determine the extent to which there actions will manifest.
