You are right about one thing... they know nothing about windfall.

I love that! It's like saying, oh, I forgot to tell you, the gold is in the back room.

GOLD??!!!

I don't know about spinning off companies, if that's a good business move or not, but my emotions tell me I'd hate to break up something that is working so well!
