Tubeman, I concur with your plan of dumping spider and putting it into NOT.  Spider has had a long history of never being able to deliver for one reason or another.  The main thing is that they seem to be in disarray, therefore cannot get their act together.  In addition there are too many shares outstanding and a lot of bad blood with their investors and management.

Not on the other hand is a different story.  The management has a long history of mining in a very genuine way.  Their reputation is sterling as is their integrity.  Not also happens to be one of the hottest stocks in Canada. In addition there is the very real possibility of a TSX listing some time in the near future and being part of one of the great Canadian discoveries.  Best of luck
