I think your question is a good one regarding no proven resources yet.  That ,however, won't stop large entities from taking an advantageous position.  The rights plan, also, is perhaps not as much protection as one would hope.  It provides the opportunity to hold off a hostile takeover while trying to attract more desireable suitors.  However, in the end, if I'm not mistaken, whoever has the bucks to buy it..... will be able to buy it.  I look forward to any corrections that could be offered to these thoughts
