Of course it will but you need assays for that and not visuals. The rumours aren't about assays as Noront has never leaked, and never will, assay results.

Personally I want to see a steady recovery back to and above the highs. That will take assays and some idea of deposit size. Expeciting an immediate jump back to highs is in my opinion not realistic.

Is it even more confirmation that buying and holding now has less risk? YES it does.

Will it double an investment within a few days? Probably not but it may make it much more expensive to buy in next week instead of this week.

We need lots of willing buyers to buy into the Noront story and I just don't feel in my bones that this will be sufficient to do that. It's going to take assays and more drilling and Geologists comments on deposit size to do that.
