Message: here is a snipett of the BM News release...you will see here it states..

It does not state anywhere in that NR that the claims BMK staked are adjacent to NOT's discovery claims. In fact, the statement:

"This also allowed the company to largely avoid competitive staking situations and acquire several claim groups adjacent to the south boundary of the Noront Double Eagle Property and covering what is interpreted to be the contact of an important geological unit."

only syas that they have staked claims on the south boundary of Noront's Double Eagle claims.... WHICH CLAIMS? If you look athe existing claims maps you will see that Noront has two different large blocks of claims, but only the southern block of these claims had unstaked areas south of it. This is a long way from the discovery claims that NOT optioned from Condor that are sandwiched in between Probes's claims, Fancamp' claim, NOT's other longstanding claims, and NOT"s new claims.

Yes they can state that the new claims they have staked are in "what is interpreted to be the contact of an important geological unit.", but that is true of the entire area.

This is a very crafty NR that was no doubt approved by a lawyer.

Anyway, I am working on the claim list for you... give me some time.

Regards,

B.
