Just trying to clear some stuff up to ward off my panic sell impulse:
The markets seem to be annoyed with the 'good' results so far. So clearly they want to see something in particular or they are going to punish the sp. So that's 5% or better on hole 5. Up to maybe a rumored 8%. If it's a 'really good' 4% - we're probably going to see further pull back...?
I also base this on the fact that others in the area have had 'good' results but still haven't shot up like NOT did. So I'm guessing there is still some large % of the sp that is speculation of the much hyped hole 5. Which no one is really 100% sure of what it contains...?
That said, Misfit's math (which I have to trust as I'm not really up to speed) says he expects a 6$ value in the stock based on the results WITHOUT hole 5...?
However, this assumes that they can get the minerals out of the ground without any major problems. Yet isn't this area basically a swamp which is going to present issues longer term...?
So if hole 5 isn't what everyone thinks - then we'll see a drop in the sp. But we still expect the sp to be worth 6$ on some larger time span based on them actually extracting all the minerals and selling them...?
I've bought and am holding NOT, UC and SPQ a bit over current prices. Keeping the faith... just trying to prepare myself if things get worse.
