Last on this from me. but just for clarification. I will take the red hand, as needed.

Using Probe's very rough map, the top corner of FNC's claim appears to be 300 meters from the center of NOT's discovery. Do not the borders of both claims meet at the corner? Are you saying there is a buffer area between the claims?
