The thing that keeps nagging at me is that the NW corner of the FNC claim is reported to be just 200 meters, 600', from holes 1 and 2. Given the width you describe this makes it significant for FNC, even if the trend in headed in the wrong direction, the width could well ovelap. As to the staking of claims.. they may have been asked to give up their claims, but declined.

But, to give credence to your point, and if stock prices = tea leaves, here's what they are saying today

FNC is down almost 9% today, while NOT is even.

All speculation.
