Hey all

Why is is that right before any big NR or any HALT, we see the price jump sharply. I know it's because something good is coming, but how come so many people know about it. It's not just with this stock, it seems like every stocks price goes up just before a NR or a HALT. Any ideas? thoughts? while we wait for the NR from this halt? :)
