Didn't they just complete a PP? Their deal with SPQ prior to UC comming in was for SPQ to be the oporator and pay the bills over ?2 years and at that point in time if wanting to stay in on the 50/50% arranbement thay would have to match SPQ's expences or see their % be reduced. Not sure but with UC now paying the bills for SPQ's % KWG needs cash to stave off dilution. Anyone with better understanding Please feel free to share.
