I want to start by saying I think NOT has truly discovered another Voisey Bay or Sudbury. James Bay may not turn out as large, however I do think that this discovery will at least turn out to be the most significant Canadian Greenstone belt since the Voisey Bay discovery. And time will tell us if James Bay turns out to be more significant. Of course, I'm also biased,,,I own NOT,,LOL

That said, of course we have downside risk going forward. And I think every shareholder NEEDS to prepare themselves for such a correction.

First off we will have volatility going forward in my opinion. I have prepared myself for NOT to trade below 3.00 a share next week, even though I think we will close Friday at a higher share price than today's price.

Secondly, all investors in the market need to prepare themselves for the possibility of another meltdown. It may only be short term, however there are no guarantees. With the last shakeup we had last month, every holding in my portfolio was hit hard, very hard. Many respected newsletter writers seemed to almost throw in the towel. Even gold took a hit last month.

If the U S economy hits a brick wall, I do believe the world will follow. And if that happens, industrial metals including Ni will drop in price and demand; because with falling production of industry comes rising supplies of industrial metals. In this scenario, Noront's share price will take substantial hit in my opinion.( I will add that this scenario could also provide the buying opportunity of a life time for more NOT shares.) In this scenario, Windafall's gold may be NOT's saving grace.

So even if James Bay turns out to be the next Sudbury, an economic slowdown could delay any mine development for a couple of years due to slowed Ni demand.

I think the main point is to take some profits along the way. I will not sell 1/2 of my holdings; however I may sell 5% of my shares when NOT releases assays from #5, whenever that is. Who knows, NOT may hit over 10.00 a share at that time. I plan on selling up to 20% of my shares between now and 25.00 a share. That's just my plan.
