I have been investing for many years and have seen many "can't miss" anomalies that failed to live up to the early hype. None of these were specifically nickle/copper, however the point I am about to make is the same.

First of all, I used the word "hype" in the previous paragraph. This was refering to management/IR hype from the companies involved. Noront management, in my opinion, have not hyped there projects. We as Noront shareholders have even been somewhat critical of them in the past, for not promoting a bit more. The only hype regarding Double Eagle comes from us on these boards.

Secondly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the difference here is that Richard {Dick} Nemis can be trusted. If he is excited about DE, you can be sure it is with good reason. He has been in this business for many years, and I have yet to read a negative comment on him from anyone that knows him well.
