Noront has had a relationship with IBK for many years.  They helped Noront finance the last few PPs, including the one last year which really set us in motion (30M shares at .50 cents with .75 warrants).

We would not own the current double Eagle land we optioned from Condor if it were not for the extra cash.  I believe this company had about 500K in cash and a market cap of 10M a year ago today.  Now look at us :)

IBK specializes consulting with companies trying to avoid takeovers.  They have excellent expertise in this area.  If I remember correctly from the video, they were the ones who helped the Voisey Bay hitters get the highest premium for that find as they could.  Over 4B dollars.

They also arrange financing for mining companies.  The list of clients on their web site is a who's who of the Canadian mining industry.  There expertise will come in handy when it comes to needed to raise some cash or debt to funds the future mines at Windfall.

One thing that i took away from the video that I did not know before were the mines that Richard has been involved with setting up.  He has been there and done that many times.  This is exciting as unlike many juniors who hit and move to a mine without experience, Richard can get us quickly to that status.  I believe the IBK involvement is more of a broker relationship assistance thing as well as to assist the boys in staving off the majors who will be chomping at the bit to get in.

So today we saw that we now have PGM in the sulphides AND Noront has contracted IBK as "financial" advisors.  It doesn't get much better than this today.  This sure is one fun stock to own given what we will be seeing in terms of Burnt Hill, China, and Windfall over the next few weeks.
