 Inside info is obviously the best way t test integrity. In other words if you can meet the person or if you know a friend of the person. That said, I just don't have that luxury, especially living down south in New Orleans. We just are not a mining community.  Oil yes, but mining no.

 I think you Canadians have the upper hand there. I will say that I have learned more about management integrity through these online forums. This and even SH are great places to learn about integrity.

 One thing I have noticed is the subject will get mentioned if you read enough of the posts. Also if one asks the question online;  good managers and honorable types tend to have reputations that bring strong responses, either one way or the other.

If they are scum,,,,you'll get a response,,,,,,if they are honorable,,,you'll hear the praise.
