This might be a dumb questions on my part, but I was checking my TD account this morning and NOT is valued at $2.14---does anyone know why? Was this a system error/glitch due to the 'Halt' last week? Shouldn't it be the same as close on Thursday of $3.94?

Any and all information would be helpful.
