Actually I would think that a spinoff would be one of the primary discussions at a directors meeting at this stage. It is such a logical way of deriving full value from both wl and de. Unfortunately although they may decide now to do it, it would probably take in the neighborhood of 5-6 months to achieve it as there are many hoops to jump through to achieve the end result.
