I hesitate to discuss UC on the NOT board since some may not be interested and they are here for NOT. So just this one post. Great that agoracom is representing them now!

Why UC? They are NOT near this discovery, but they have 55% of the rights to the largest area of the general property - the region - that Mr. Nemis is excited about. They have recent excellent drill results. Their share price is up, (from .30 - .53)  but not crazy up yet since they are not a next door neighbor to NOT. In the long run however, I think they may be the best of the bunch since they control so much of the area.
