I was surprised by two things today. I expected a gap up in the a.m. which didn't happen. It lead my conspiracy theory mind to think that there was a bit of "work" done on the sp during night trading. Secondly, the sp got the usual testing in the morning but I was surprised at how long it took to gain momentum in the afternoon and it really only developed in the last hour roughly. Some of you have indicated that weak hands were rooted out in todays process which I think will have been part of todays trading. Overall I was hoping for more of a move above $2 but as we all saw, a few lose hands let it drop from above $2 while taking profits I imagine. I hate when that happens! Biz as usual though. We had another great volume day without the big price move, but I hope this just indicates the changing of the guard and that a larger price move is in store for tomorrow. I think we may be in for that.
