I'm of the opinion that this could well be something other than James Bay.  After hearing RN speak of needing to get his ducks in a row, it occurs to me that the copper/nickel find unexpectedly fit perfectly into his row of ducks whereas todays halt was one of his other anticipated ducks.  I think this quick a return of assays is unlikely for last weeks halt and I suspect that this is from WL or other.  Like others I hope this is the case as it will really set the pot to boil with people already intently waiting on copper/nickel news.  Just my thoughts.
