Have they paid for rush service or just asked for it to be rushed? Did the assay company give an expected delivery date? Would they give out these details if asked? If they prefer not to answer because of a concern about regulations on the release of information, then I wish they would say so rather than give vague answers that make you wonder if they are really effectively managing the process.
