CZN is setting itself up to enable long term financing of Prairie Creek.  There will be a shareholders vote, then the change of name.

With the changes as well as in management, this is the move many shareholders were waiting for. 

It has been a long time coming...20 years since taking the detailed chip samples of the vein  in the adit at the 870m and 930m levels...

The project is huge, and many are not aware of the scale and grades, including silver....
