Frustrated, I am.

How convenient a "News Release" only a couple weeks away from the Annual General Meeting of CZN,,, that supposedely eludes to "no shareholder dilution"..... yeah right. What a smokescreen.

In business, I have seen pie charts with costs of different items identified as a 100% of costs which includes salaries, incidentals and bonuses. I am sure you have too. I would love to see a detailed pie chart from this company (CZN) of where all the money went compared to when the shares of Canadian Zinc was ~ $1.50 / share a few short years ago in February 2011 and its pitiful value today June 2013 when the share value is at a measly ~ $0.455 /share. Disgusting. Where did all the money go?

I am particularily interested in the management renumeration and labour costs to run this business. WAY TOO MUCH $$ SPENT (I mean wasted) HERE!! Think about it. Do they really deserve that much money?

I feel as if Management are not fulfilling OUR shareholders expectations of getting the best value for money being spent and are quite visibly fulfilling theirs (getting the most pay and benefits they can get away with for themselves.) Perhaps, management of CZN needs to have a forensic audit done by an outside party. (Money may not be wasted if it nets value.) I just can't believe that in less than a couple years the value of this company CZN has gone, I repeat from its high (temporary, as it was) of just over $1.50 / share then crashing down to a dismal $zero.455 / share in the past several months.

If I was a Manager of this company I would be ashamed, truly really ashamed. I hope you guys are humiliated to be reading this. I know you guys can hear me as you have your spies.... Just remember we are ALL watching you too.

All the old company executives {those over 55 years old} (everywhere) should retire and the companies give some some new college graduation kids with a couple years in the field a chance to prove themselves. Time for the old farts to recognize that they should get out of the bathroom and get some new eyes back into the boardroom. Their leadership days are behind them. Go play golf you deserve it.

Really now, crap or get off the pot !!!

YOU HAVE TO CUT COSTS OR BRING MORE INCOME IN; IF NOT, PUT UP THE BARGAIN "FOR SALE" SIGN UP IN FRONT OF THE PRAIRIE CREEK MINE AND START AFRESH.

The whole mining system here just isn't working the way it did in the past and should be doing in today's economy.

Is there no accountability anymore? I just don't get it.

Shareholders need to speak up at the AGM's. Delete (FIRE) one EXECUTIVE, if not two or even more from their payroll. I guarantee that we save a quarter million dollars and that the same work would get done. Lazy executives pull up your britches or go put on the green.

Fellow readers here on this Hub, if you haven't proxy voted your shares, please do so immediately or show up at the meeting this month. I can not believe the outlandish salaries these so-called Executives are voting themselves PLUS the bonuses (shares and warrant benefits) and anything else that they want to increase for their undeserving renumerations.

Mike Duffy, Canadian Senator "financial personal "reward-me-first" manipulator has nothing on these unscrupulous "boondoggelers". Yes that's right I called them boondoggelers, look that word up right beside the picture of Canadian Zinc executives in Wikipedia.

You unscrupulous CZN executive boondoggelers better vote yourself a decrease in renumeration big time, as this poised and positioned junior mining company with all the right assets for over 30 years, can't afford all the burning and wasting of shareholders money that I see being done.
