I found a copy of a letter from Kevin Menicoche, MLA for The Northwest Territories throwing his support behind the approval of CZN water permit dated Jan 27 / 12 to the MVLWB but for some reason I couldn't copy and paste it. How can they not but give us the permit. Downside risk very small.
