The only thing missing is that they haaven´t yet filed for the final permit. I personally am looking at a time line of 6 to 18 months before it´s issued. I´ve been in CDN for a little over a year now, and plan to add more in the next few weeks. Looks to me as if all the issues they had have been resolved. I think the sp will take a jump when they announce that the final  permit has been applied for. Hey, I really believe this one is going to go gangbusters, but for now we just have to sit on our hands.
