Largest Shareholder Vatukoula Gold Mine (680,000 oz Reserves, 4.3 million oz Resource)
I don´t know what you mean by something being out of whack. I never did understand insiders. Maybe his stock options are enough, or maybe he´s just waiting. Dunno. Here´s how I view the company:
Now these are just rough figures, but months back their proven reserves were worth close to 100 Billion. We have 125 million shares outstanding; a few million more fully diluted, but use 125. Now if a major mining comopany bought us out, what price would they use? Let´s say they pay us 1 penny on the dollar for proven reserves. That would be 1 billion dollars. Divided by 125 million, that´s 8 bucks per share. But who would sell at 1 penny on the dollar? So what if they offered 10 cents? Now you´re looking at 80 dollars per share. Hey, I might be all wet, I don´t know. But no matter what the figures are, I can´t believe that the shares will be worth less than 8 - 10 dollars once the mine is fully permitted. What do you think?
