The truth is, he sits on a board and spends a couple of hours a month on that project in addition to the 60 hours or more a week he spends working on Niogold. Does it make sense that Mike would let the project that he has by far most of his own assets invested in dwindle?

Besides that, Mike is the CEO but there Rock is the VP and makes many decisions and another 14 employee's who are also working their butts off.

Perhaps ask him how he can suggest that NOX warrants a lesser rating with all they have going for them than 3/4 of the companies he has rated higher which have no money in the bank, employ 3 people and have properties scattered across the globe in places from Argentina, Ecuador or Chile which are not considered the TOP PLACE TO OPERATE a MINE in the WORLD, such as Quebec is! Ask him why he sent his junior geologist to visit the Niogold site instead of looking at it himself and ask him why he downgraded the company on her shoddy research?

Ask him if he's considered that Niogold's market cap is less than the value of their assets?
