I haven't had a chance to listen to the broadcast yet. Although we still have a lot of snow, it's been like the first actual springlike day here so I went for a bike ride. It's been a long winter and I've been a bit of a couch potato throughout it. Going to be riding in the 200km Ride to Conquer Cancer which goes from Toronto to Niagra Falls this spring.... so you could say I started training today... at the moment I'm feeling really stiff!
