The Company’s flagship projects are located in the Cadillac - Malartic - Val-d’Or region of the prolific Abitibi gold mining district Quebec.
QQ Girl,
As I said before, I've been at this game for awhile and am fairly adept at recognizing undervalued companies. In this market everyone thinks they are undervalued because their stock is down from it's high, however, that's, not doesn't really mean much since many companies were over-valued at their high.
Niogold had 7 million dollars in the bank in their last statement. They're obviously burning that so it's lower now, however even if they only have 5 million left, that still gives them a 1 to 2 ratio of cash to cap. Show me how many other companies with that high a ratio. What's more they have some fantastic properties and have recently added to them.
Given the current climate I'm very selective in my investment choices. I'm only investing in companies with lots of cash in the bank since financing is going to be tough this year. NOX has cash and shouldn't need to refinance for at least a year or more. Since they are drilling, they have a good chance to up the price that they will refinance at when they do.
Secondly, I'm only looking at companies in stable countries. When money gets tough it gets worse in poor countries and they will be quick to grab any cash they can, nationalizing mines or upping taxes to ridiculous amounts. Canada is as safe as it gets and Quebec is the best place in the world to run an exploration company.
Thirdly, I like low cost. With year round road access and close proximity to labs and even grocery stores, costs are lower. Again, times aint what they were a year ago and so I'm going where the money goes further.
Not lastly but lastly for now, I am only going with companies with current drilling. Why have your money tied up in this market with all that risk when there is nothing going on that can change your world for the better like some Aurellian drill results?
NOX meets all these requirements.
