In fact, for Niogold, Quebec will return about $300,000 for every $1,000,000 spent in Quebec on research, drilling, assaying, ect. It's a great place to be a miner and is why Quebec is ranked #1 best place to mine in the entire world this year, replacing Australia in the top spot of last year.
