New Dimension Commences Exploration Programs in the Yukon and NWT

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 2, 2011) - New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") is pleased to report that it has mobilized its field crews to begin an initial phase of exploration of the Gild Property ("Gild"), located in the NWT and the Lansing Properties ("Lansing"), located in the Yukon.

The Company's initial exploration programs for both Gild and Lansing ("the Properties") will focus on geological mapping, prospecting, rock, soil and stream sediment sampling. The programs are designed to provide additional geological information essential for prioritizing target areas and planning follow-up activities that are expected to include drilling.

In addition to initiating exploration work, New Dimension is meeting with local communities along the Yukon and NWT border to ensure all stake holders are fully informed as exploration moves forward.

New Dimension has an option to earn up to a 100% interest in 12 properties consisting of the Gild and Lansing Projects. The Properties were staked by Strategic Metals Ltd. ("Strategic Metals") following an extensive review of a geological data base complied by Archer Cathro & Associates, an independent group of consulting geological engineers and geoscientists with over 40 years of exploration experience in the Yukon. Strategic Metals acquired the Properties with the objective of identifying high priority targets similar to the discoveries found on ATAC Resources' Rackla gold project; where a 40,000 metre drill program is currently underway. The Rackla Property, located to the north and west of the Gild and Lansing Properties, has returned exceptional drill results highlighted by 65.20 metres of 4.65 g/t gold and 21.13 metres of 8.01 g/t gold at the Osiris and Conrad zones, respectively.
