- they are brand new, IPO April 4, 2011 (but worked on their aquired properties since last year)

- just 19,099,200 shares fully diluted ! (17,059,200 issued + 2,040,000 options @ $0.80)

- Cash: $ 6.2 M !

- Market Cap of $ 21 M fully diluted !

- this is the Ex-Underworld team (will they do it again ?) with Adrian Flemming (Founder of Underworld Resources) as CEO and Darryl Cardey (Co-Founder of Underworld) as Director. On top they have Shawn Ryan on the Advisory Board.

- aggressive $ 4.3 M, 2011 exploration program planned, including drill program

(this is Underworld style, which has drilled their property to 1.5M ounces NI 43-101 in just over a year !)

- exploration already completed by Smash in 2010 has identified 3 targets with Golden Saddle style alteration & mineralization

- Smash holds one of the biggest claim blocks in the White Gold Area (between Golden Saddle and JP Ross, now Kinross Properties): 4,177 claims over a distance of 60km for a total of 846 sq km.
