Your infromation is correct. I just got news today that the listing is going to go ahead on Tuesday 14th October on the TSX-V under the ticker symbol BOE.

I am told to expect a formal update from the company soon after the exchange listing bulletin is issued next week or very soon after... The company will then have its (inaugural) opportunity - as a reporting issuer - to formally update shareholders on its operations and activities to date.

It is anticipated that there will be some very impressive news regarding immediate production from the three wells it has already drilled. The Calgary office expects to release the update next week.

If we get a stabalisation in the markets then Sage should get a nice pop from favourable results.
